Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
No. Ceramic coating provides excellent chemical and environmental protection and makes the surface more resistant to light marring, but it does not make paint scratch-proof or rock-chip-proof. For physical impact protection, Paint Protection Film is the appropriate solution.
Does a new vehicle need paint preparation before coating?
